How NUTRI-E PLUS collects, uses, protects, and retains personal information.
We process only the information needed to provide support and operate the business platform. This may include names, phone numbers, account identifiers, user roles, sales and receipt records, referrals, commissions, stock activity, payout requests, security events, and support messages.
Customer purchases are completed in person. The website does not ask customers to submit card numbers, online-banking credentials, or mobile-money PINs.
Information is used to provide requested support, document completed purchases, deliver receipt links by SMS, secure user accounts, administer staff and clinician workflows, maintain accurate business records, and meet legal or regulatory duties.
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioural advertising.
Protected areas require authentication and role-based permission checks. Clinicians are restricted to their own service, earnings, claim, and payout records. Administrative and developer functions are separately controlled, and security-sensitive actions are logged.
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Transport encryption, secure browser cookies, request validation, rate limits, and database controls are used to reduce unauthorized access. Sensitive payout details can be encrypted at rest when the production encryption key is configured.
An essential signed session cookie keeps authorized users signed in and protects account actions. Browser storage may remember interface settings such as theme choice, navigation state, and whether a user dismissed the guide.
Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after a visitor gives permission. Declining analytics does not affect essential website or sign-in functions.
You may contact NUTRI-E PLUS to ask about personal information held about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or raise a privacy concern. Some business records may need to be retained where law, audit, security, or accounting duties require it.
